Return Policy

You can return items if they are still within the Two-Week Free Trial. We will provide Free return labels if you contact us.

If you want to cancel the contract for 6 months or a year, please contact us by E-mail or phone. We will refund you the remainder of the App fee by check. You don't need to return the device since it's a purchased item. If you want to send back your device to recycle, customers need to pay the shipping cost. 

If you are a newly contracted customer and want to cancel service in the middle of the contract, we will refund you what you paid, less the $50 device fee and also for the $25/month app fee. Please see the calculation below:

Annually payment---For the 4-months free trial deal, payment is effectively an 8-month rental fee. Therefore, we will not offer refunds on returned items after the 8-month period.

Semi-Annually payment---For the 3-month free trial deal, payment is effectively a 3-month rental fee.  Therefore, we will not offer refunds on returned items after the 3-month period. 

After renewing your contract, if you want to cancel midway through the contract, we will refund you by calculating as below:

Annually payment---For the 2-months free trial deal, payment is effectively a 10-month rental fee. Therefore, we will not offer refunds on returned items after the 10-month period.

Semi-Annually payment--- For the 1-month free trial deal, payment is effectively a 5-month rental fee.  Therefore, we will not offer refunds on returned items after the 5-month period. 

If you are a newly contracted customer, a six-month warranty is included. If the device or accessories are damage during this term, we will send you new items, so please contact us. After this term, you can purchase items. Contact us for details.
