Return Policy
You can return items if they are still within the Two-Week Free Trial. We will provide Free return labels if you contact us.
If you wish to cancel your contract, please contact us by E-mail to STOP your recurring payment, Once your contract term is finished, we will cancel your subscription.
We will NOT refund customers even if the cancelled contract is in the middle of its term. This apply to all models or terms (6 months or 1 Year).
If you are a newly contracted customer, a three-month warranty is included. If the device or accessories are damaged during this term, we will send you new items, so please contact us. After this term, you can purchase items. Contact us for details.
